Products in-stock generally ship within 1-10 business days, excluding holidays, depending on the item selected and quantity requested. All shipping times are estimates and are subject to confirmation. If a product is out of stock, we will let you know within 3 (three) business days or as soon as we become aware of the out-of-stock situation.
Canceling/Modifying an Order
Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
All orders must be placed in U.S. Dollars. No other currencies are accepted. Payments must be made using a credit card drawn on a U.S. bank. Checks, purchase orders and other forms of payment are not accepted through our online website. For larger volume orders, please contact the MySupply customer service team.
Our primary method of communication is email. Order information will be sent to you at the email address you provide during the checkout process. Please be sure to include a valid email address and unblock MySupply.com as a sender in your preferred email software. If you did not receive an expected communication email from us, please be sure to check your junk / spam folder or contact your email provider first, then contact MySupply.com customer service.
Price Changes and Updates
Our products are offered at MySupply.com pricing and that pricing is periodically updated. We may notify Buyers of upcoming manufacturers’ price increases, where applicable.
Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when and where discovered by MySupply.com, but MySupply.com reserves the right to refuse any order, revoke any published offer and correct any errors or inaccuracies, including those discovered subsequent to the submission of an order, and whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MySupply.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
Please note that the policies of your credit card issuer will determine when this amount is credited to your account.
Prices may also be periodically changed as a result of supplier price increases, raw material shortages, tariffs or other factors.
Many products on MySupply.com are offered on a convenient subscription reorder model. If you select this option at the time of checkout, an automatic reorder of the same item, going to the same shipping address with the same shipping method and credit card number will be generated. The initial order will be processed at the pricing shown on the website at the time of the order. Subsequent automatic reorders will be processed based on the item cost shown on the MySupply.com website at the time of the reorder. Subscription reorders are offered in weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, semi-annual and other options based on the specific product.
You may stop your subscription at any time by contacting the MySupply.com customer service team or logging into your account on the MySupply.com website.
To ensure uninterrupted delivery of your product, please notify us of any updates in your shipping address, credit card or other vital information required to successfully transact your order. Changes need to be submitted 3 (three) business days in advance of the auto-reorder date to ensure accurate processing.
We offer a range of shipping options to meet your needs. At this time, we only ship product within the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii. UPS does not offer delivery to U.S. Post Office boxes. Please note that different products will have different order processing times and could come from a variety of shipping points around the USA so there is no standard delivery time. As a convenience, our website will estimate your shipping costs. The costs quoted take into consideration the weight of the box as well as the size of the box. Products that are light in weight but unusually long or wide may result in higher shipping costs. Should a shipping cost differ from our published estimate, we will contact you to seek your approval prior to processing the final order.
If you need to request a “call before delivery” with the common carrier delivering your product, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order. If the common carrier is unable to deliver your product due to the need for a delivery appointment window, a re-delivery fee may be charged.
If your order requires the use of a delivery vehicle with a liftgate, please contact the MySupply.com customer service team in advance for more information and an individualized price quote.
All orders with a requested shipping address in a residential area / neighborhood must select the “residential” shipping option at the time of the order. All businesses operated out of a home must be marked “residential.” You, the Buyer are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred due to inaccurately notating or inputting the delivery address.
If any item or packaging is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, MySupply.com requires that you:
- Note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
- Keep your copy of the delivery receipt
- Contact us within 1 business day
- Keep the damaged packing materials for inspection
- Take pictures of the damaged items and packaging
While MySupply.com attempts to consolidate orders for optimized shipping, parts of an order may ship in separate boxes from different locations with different delivery dates or lead times.
Please check your online order carefully before making your final selection, submission and confirmation. In spite of our best efforts, should the wrong product be shipped to you, please let us know within 2 (two) business days of receipt to arrange for a return. We will issue a return authorization number and provide you with additional return instructions. Carefully repackage the item and include a copy of your packing slip in the box along with a note with any additional information. Refunds will only be issued for new, uninstalled and resalable merchandise, returned to us in the original packaging within 15 (fifteen) days of receipt. Fragrance products must be in their original, sealed packaging. Once we receive a returned item, it is inspected for conformity to our policy. Credits are issued within 2 (two) business days of receiving your return, to the original payment method or credit card only. Credit card adjustments may take up to 7 (seven) days to appear on your online credit card system due to banking delays.
Returns, for any reason other than shipping of the wrong product, are at the sole discretion of MySupply.com and must be pre-approved.
Custom ordered, sized, configured or printed products may not be returned.
The names, visual representations or photos depicting the color of individual products or color choices are noted online for your convenience and as a reference. They are only general approximations of color. Each computer or digital screen represents color differently and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a color based on the representation on your monitor. If color is an important consideration in your buying decision, contact our customer service team to inquire about the potential availability of an actual color sample prior to making a purchase. Even with a physical sample, all product colors are subject to manufacturing variables such as dye lots and other factors.
Images / Photos
MySupply does its best to provide you with product images that represent or simulate products for sale through our website. However, some products are difficult to photograph or accurately represent in a small image. Photos, illustrations and images may not show or represent size, texture, weight or other attributes and may not show the actual, manufactured product. We do provide the best visual representation of the product as we are reasonably able to do based on available resources and tools. Please carefully read all descriptions and contact our Customer Service team if you have any questions about a desired product.
MySupply.com does not offer product samples for most items. However, we are sometimes able to provide a manufacturer’s sample in specific circumstances for commercial customers. Prior to placing a large order, we suggest that you order a smaller quantity to evaluate a specific product for yourself. To inquire about the potential availability of a sample for color reference or other evaluation, contact the MySupply.com customer service team.

In the event of such as “Force Majeure Event” that causes an extraordinary delay or impossibility of delivery, either party may terminate the purchase agreement without further liability.
These terms and conditions and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be governed by, and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to the choice-of-law principles thereof. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to this agreement. Any action seeking legal or equitable relief arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions will be brought only in the courts of the State of California.
Sales tax will be collected on purchases in accordance with existing federal and state laws.
